Ahhhh like a proud parent bringing home a new baby! Showing off my new house is almost as satisfying.
I gotta say it feels wonderful to live in the comfort of my own casa, and then there's the cutting of the grass, the maintenance... the light bulbs, the painting ( thank god I had help in that department), the renovations, the deck...... Pool or no pool that is the question! and when the heck did the suburbs get taken over by gigantic weeds? I understand the whole ban against pesticides I do, I have three children and way to many animals so I really do understand, but come on? How do you get rid of those pesky things that triple in size and in numbers every day it seems? It's exhausting...I really want to be a good neighbour and keep my lawn prim and proper.....but hello????? they just keep coming back over and over and over again. It's AGGRAVATING!
You know talking about the suburbs..Pincourt is quickly becoming the area of choice in the Vaudreuil Soulanges area. When i first moved to this city three years ago there wasn't much going on here. Now it seems everyone is moving out here, new shopping malls being built all the forests being ripped out of the ground to make way for even more shopping centers and yet again more housing. I'm proud of my city's new found economy and all ....don't get me wrong, but at what point do we say enough is enough? At what point does ones enthusiasm and the want and to expand just turn into greediness?
